How does the booking deposit work?
Large or complex bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the shoot. Single bookings are paid in full a minimum of 2 business days before the shoot.
How and when do we receive our images?
Standard delivery is within 7 business days via private Dropbox/cloud gallery with full resolution downloads. You also receive an online link to share with family or clients.
Can we shoot at multiple locations?
Yes! Single-location travel is included in the final price, but if you’d like to move between locations during your session, additional travel fees apply. Tell us your plan when you book, and we’ll include it in your quote.
What if bad weather strikes an outdoor shoot?
We monitor the forecast closely for 48 hours before your shoot. If rain gets in the way, we can reschedule at no charge. Any payment or deposit you’ve made carries over to your new date.
